- Internationally to most countries using Australia Post, DHL, FedEx, and UPS

Shipping Rates
Domestic (Australia):
Complimentary Standard Shipping on all standard orders regardless of order value
For Express Shipping there is a flat rate of $15 AUD
International:
Complimentary Standard Shipping on all standard orders regardless of your location or order value
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
You’ll receive tracking information via email once your parcel is shipped.
Please allow additional processing time during product launches or sale periods.
Estimated Delivery Times
Australia:
Standard: 2–6 business days
Express: 1–3 business days
International:
Standard: 7–26 business days (depending on location and courier)
Safe Drop / Authority to Leave
In some cases, couriers may leave your parcel in a safe place at your address if no one is home.
Placeholder is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels after they’ve been marked as delivered to a safe location.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
